True Nature Therapy
I believe that our minds and bodies hold the imprint of our experiences—both the painful and the positive. Difficult experiences can shape how we feel, relate to others, and move through the world, sometimes leaving us feeling disconnected from ourselves or stuck in patterns that no longer serve us. At the same time, I believe deeply in our capacity for resilience, growth, and self-healing.
I’m passionate about helping adults heal from trauma, painful emotions, and challenging life experiences so they can reconnect with themselves and live with greater ease, authenticity, and freedom. My approach is grounded in the belief that healing is not about becoming someone new—it is about reconnecting with your True Nature: the resilient, whole, and capable part of you that has always been there.
My primary therapeutic approach is Brainspotting, a brain-body-centered modality that works with the nervous system to support the processing and resolution of distressing experiences. I also incorporate Internal Family Systems, mindfulness, and self-compassion to help clients better understand themselves, develop greater inner awareness, and cultivate a more compassionate relationship with their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
At the beginning of therapy, I conduct a thorough intake and work collaboratively with you to establish goals that reflect what matters most to you. Throughout our work together, we regularly evaluate your progress and adjust treatment as needed, with the ultimate goal of helping you develop the tools and confidence to move forward independently.
You deserve to feel more at ease, connected, and free from suffering. If you're ready to explore whether therapy may be right for you, I invite you to reach out for a consultation. Together, we can begin to activate and strengthen the healing capacity that already exists within you.
